In 2009 Culverwell advised Hammerson in their joint venture purchase with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) of Retail Property Holdings' main asset: Silverburn, the 1m sq ft prime regional shopping centre west of Glasgow.
In 2007 Culverwell were appointed as joint letting agent by Hammerson following a competitive pitch to advise and implement the letting strategy for the proposed Union Square Shopping Centre.
Land Securities appointed Culverwell in 2011 as joint letting agent on the development site at 185–221 Buchanan Street Glasgow, known as the Atlas Development, following their purchase of the site for £10m out of receivership.

In 2006 Henderson Global Investors (now TH Real Estate) purchased the St James Shopping Centre and New St Andrews House (the offices above), bringing both assets under single ownership for the first time. Culverwell was delighted to be appointed to provide strategic development and design guidance as well as letting, acquisition and asset management advice.
2014 Culverwell was appointed by Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension
Property Fund and joint venture partner Peveril Securities to advise on the
letting strategy and pre-letting of the prestigious South St Andrew Square
development in Edinburgh.
In 2012 Culverwell were appointed by Hard Rock Café to conduct a property search and acquire a new flagship restaurant / music venue in Glasgow City Centre.
