Le Labo debut in Scotland

Culverwell are delighted to have acquired prime retail premises in Edinburgh on behalf of luxury perfume brand Le Labo. 

Located at 46a George Street, the lower ground floor premises extend to 550 sq ft and nearby occupiers include Penhaligons, Mint Velvet, Bobbi Brown, Anthropologie, Rox and Molton Brown.  Le Labo have agreed a new full repairing and insuring lease. 

Founded in 2006, Le Labo is a New York based perfume house that has become iconic for its collection of handmade perfumes and home scents.  Estee Lauder bought the business in 2014 and the brand now has standalone boutiques and concessions across the world.

James Godfrey commented, "This is Le Labo’s first UK store outside of London and once again demonstrates Edinburgh’s appeal to international and luxury retailers".
