Ice cream with a view? Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop opens on Castle Street

On Saturday 13 July world renowned ice cream brand, Ben & Jerry’s opened their first Scottish Scoop Shop on the capital’s Castle Street. Fitted out to a high specification with vibrant colours and bespoke murals, ice cream lovers will be able to choose from all of the classic flavours such as Cookie Dough, Phish Food and Cherry Garcia while enjoying a glorious view of Edinburgh Castle.
