Culverwell Appointed as Joint Agents at Glasgow's Princes Square

Culverwell are delighted to have been appointed as joint letting agents, alongside Savills, at Princes Square in Glasgow. 

Located at the southern end of Buchanan Street, Princes Square offers 118,625 sq ft or retail space across five levels. Princes Square is home to retailers including Reiss, Space NK, Sweaty Betty, Everyman Cinema and Maison by Glasshu. Recent lettings in the scheme include Allsaints, &Other Stories and Bloom. 

Princes Square was acquired by investment group M Core in January 2024, and their subsidiary, The LCP Group has been appointed as asset manager. 

The Grade B-listed building dates back to the 1840s and was recognised in 2016 as Scotland’s best building of the last century by the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland.
