Culverwell are delighted to have acted on behalf of Fly London in acquiring retail premises at 107-109 Rose Street, Edinburgh.
Fly
London was founded in the UK in 1994 with a philosophy to create original
footwear products which are now sold in 50 countries around the world, whilst the
parent company is the largest footwear producer in Portugal. The Rose Street
store represents Fly London’s third store, adding to existing stores in London
and Dublin.
The premises extend to approximately 770 sq ft and Fly London have agreed a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease.
Ed Waller of Fly London, commented: “We’re delighted to be opening our third Fly London store. Edinburgh is a natural location for Fly London with its mix of footwear loving public, and footwear loving visitors. Chris and his team have been on point right the way through the process from beginning to end, and are still there to support, even after we collected the keys.”
Chris Thornton, commented: “We are delighted to have acquired these premises on behalf of Fly London and we are sure they will trade well alongside existing retailers such as Ecco, Route One, Eteaket and Rogerson Footwear.”
