Associate Partner

Lucy joined Culverwell as an Associate Partner in August 2024, having previously worked for LSH within the valuation advisory department. Prior to this, Lucy’s career was spent in London at Colliers, DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and EA Shaw, a boutique agency based in Covent Garden, now part of CBRE.

 At EA Shaw, Lucy specialised in lease consultancy where she provided leasing and strategic asset management advice relating to a number of high-profile Central London estates, including Carnaby Estate (Shaftesbury), where she worked closely with her client to secure continued rental growth and enhance tenant mix on the estate. Lucy also provided advice relating to a wide range of retail and leisure premises throughout Covent Garden and the West End for a diverse range of landlord and tenant clients, including Royal London Asset Management, Network Rail and Soho Housing. 

Latterly, Lucy has specialised within the valuation sector and is a highly experienced valuer, having managed large national funds and client portfolios for quarterly and annual valuations to various UK property funds across all main property sectors for clients including CBRE GI, DTZ IM, Canada Life and Canadian & Portland. Alongside this, Lucy has carried out a range of Red Book valuations for properties throughout Scotland for a range of landowners as well as loan security valuations for all the major banks including RBS, Natwest, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group and Handelsbanken. From this, Lucy has developed a high-level approach to all aspects of valuation and estate management.

 Lucy has a flexible and pro-active approach as well as a strong attention to detail and in her career to date, has developed a strong track record for maximising clients’ aspirations, while remaining commercially minded.

 Lucy returned to Scotland in 2017 after 9 years living in London in order to raise her young family and be closer to friends and family.
