Chris Paul

Chris is a Senior Surveyor specialising in Commercial Agency & Lease Advisory, based in our Edinburgh office.

Chris is an MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer (VRS) with over four years of experience advising a diverse range of clients across all commercial asset types. His areas of expertise include strategic development, leasing, asset management, acquisitions, and valuation across all commercial property sectors.

Chris graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in 2022 with a BSc in Real Estate Surveying. He joined Culverwell in May 2026 after spending four years in Aberdeen, where he gained extensive experience working across all asset types throughout the North of Scotland.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys keeping active at the gym and is currently learning how to improve his golf swing, spending as much time as possible on the course.
