YO! Sushi Open new flagship restaurant in Glasgow

Acting on behalf of YO! Sushi, Culverwell are delighted to have secured a new flagship restaurant for them at 85 West George Street, Glasgow.  The restaurant is one of the most prominent corner buildings in the city and was previously occupied by Pizza Hut. 

 The new 72 cover restaurant has been completely refurbished and now benefits from a new glazed façade extending round the perimeter of the building.  Inside, the premises retain several original features in contrast to YO’s fit out which includes its iconic Kaiten belt running round the central theatre kitchen.

 Commenting prior to the opening of Glasgow Central, YO! CEO Robin Rowland OBE said “We are thrilled to confirm YO! is returning to Glasgow City Centre.  YO! Glasgow Central will be a fitting statement for a city we have fantastic history with and we can’t wait to open our doors.”
