Timberland steps into 160 Buchanan Street, Glasgow

Culverwell are delighted to have acted on behalf of Aberdeen Standard in a new letting to Timberland at 160 Buchanan Street, Glasgow. 

Timberland, who are part of the VF Corporation, acquired the former Camper unit, on a new 10 year lease with tenant break at year 5, following a lease expiry on their former store at 91 Buchanan Street.  The premises extends to approximately 1,700 sq ft over ground and basement floors.
