The DunBear to be lit up green to mark COP26

The iconic DunBear sculpture is be lit up green for the duration of COP26. 

The steel bear, designed by Andy Scott, in tribute to John Muir the Dunbar-born naturalist and conservationist is the focal point of DunBear Park. DunBear Park's mission is to be an exemplar low carbon community, adopting low carbon technology to generate renewable heat and power on site.

Culverwell are delighted with their ongoing involvement in the development of DunBear Park and the positive environmental impacts it will have on the surrounding community.

COP26 is taking place between Sunday 31st October - Friday 12th November 2021 in Glasgow, bringing together world leaders, government representatives, negotiators, businesses and citizens to discuss the ongoing impact of climate change.
