Site number 5 for Bross Bagels

Culverwell are delighted to have acted on behalf of Bross Bagels in securing their fifth site in Edinburgh.  

Following the huge success of their Portobello, Leith, West End and Bruntsfield sites, the new Bross Bagels shop, located on trendy St Stephen Street in Stockbridge, will be their fifth since the company opened in the capital.

Bross is universally acknowledged as the place to go for monster sized, delicious bagels in Edinburgh and as far as Stockbridge folk are concerned their arrival in the area is long over due!

Established in August 2017, owner Larah Bross has seen huge success with her authentic Montreal style bagels. Organic and kosher, they are homemade in the Bross bakery in Leith - a one of a kind in the city.

James Murray commented: "People of Stockbridge have been crying out for Bross Bagels to open there so it's great to finally secure a site for them on St Stephen Street.  It's their smallest site so far but perfectly formed and we're sure it'll be a great success for Larah and her team".
