OMNi Centre Sold to Triple B

OMNi first opened its doors in 2002, extends to over 580,000 sq ft and comprises 9 leisure units,  the Glasshouse Hotel, Vue Cinema and Nuffield Gym as well as a multi-storey underground car park with over 900 spaces. OMNi is the only purpose built leisure environment in the centre of Edinburgh.

During Nuveen’s ownership OMNi has been remodelled, with the inclusion of new operators such as Boom Battle Bar and Edinburgh Street Food market hall, both of which have been highly successful. The Vue cinema auditoriums have been refurbished with state of the art, modern leather recliners in all screens and the very popular Glasshouse Hotel boasts one of the highest nightly occupancy rates in the city.

Trible B have purchased the asset from Nuveen, a TIAA company, for the price of £64M advised Lambert Smith Hampton.
