KIKO Milano Open Scottish Flagship

Culverwell are delighted to have acquired 55 Buchanan Street, Glasgow on behalf of KIKO Milano. The store is 100% prime pitch and was formerly occupied by Planet. Nearby occupiers include Molton Brown, Accessorize, Zara, Michael Kors and House of Fraser.  KIKO Milano agreed a new long lease at an initial rent of £310,000 per annum. 

The Buchanan Street store opening was hugely successful with record sales achieved, second only to their Regent Street store opening in 2013.  This was highlighted by hundreds of shoppers queuing along Buchanan Street eager to enter this fantastic new store. 

This is KIKO Milano's 30th UK store opening and demonstrates their continued commitment to the UK market.  Their positive trading performance to date has given them the confidence to keep investing and consolidate their position as a key player in the UK cosmetics retail market.
