Coffee Republic opens on St Vincent Street

Culverwell are delighted to have acted on behalf of the landlord in leasing the ground floor leisure premises at 310 St Vincent Street, Glasgow to Coffee Republic. 

The international coffee chain was founded in 1995 and originally opened their first site on London’s South Molton Street.  They now have 30 High Street Coffee Bars and 300 concessions across the UK. 

Oliver Wright commented, “There is a lack of amenities to serve the office workers at this end of St Vincent Street and I am sure that Coffee Republic will be warmly received. They will be a great addition to the building and the Charing Cross area as a whole”.
