Monsoon opens new boutique concept store on George Street

Monsoon have opened a new boutique concept store on Edinburgh’s George Street, the first in Scotland. The store extends to over 2,000 sq ft over ground and basement floors and sees the brand relocating from their Princes Street unit, which they occupied for more than 20 years.

Launched in 2021, Monsoon Boutique Stores showcase the company’s “bold new expression of Monsoon, taking us back to our roots and celebrating the joy and colour that is so rich in our heritage”. The boutique stores are planned for 30 key high streets across the UK and Ireland, the first of which opened on Marylebone High Street in April 2021.

The store will stock a curated collection of Monsoon’s womenswear and accessories to “celebrate its heritage, craft and commitment to sustainability and ethical trade”.
