Acting on behalf of Acorn Pet Centres, Culverwell have agreed a relocation of their premises in Leven.
The transaction involved a surrender of premises adjacent to Sainsbury's on Riverside Road and a relocation to Riverside Retail Park directly opposite.
The new premises have been taken on the basis of a 15 year lease at a rent of £12 per sq ft. The new unit extends to 7,137 sq ft.
The relocation to larger premises will allow Acorn Pet Centres to extend their product range and build on their already strong trading performance in the town.
