Astrid & Miyu open first Scottish store on Edinburgh's George Street

London based contemporary jewellery brand, Astrid & Miyu are opening their flagship Scottish store in the former Cambridge Satchel Company on Edinburgh’s George Street. With stores in London, Leeds, Manchester and New York, Astrid & Miyu offer high end, contemporary jewellery as well as in-store piercing, welding, engraving and tattooing.

Founded by Connie Nairn in 2012, Astrid & Miyu was launched to “offer products that were full of sentiment and innovative in design, together with an experience that was personal and engaging, and most importantly to create a brand that is inclusive and empowering.”

Occupying just over 1,500 sq ft over ground and basement floors, the jewellery company has agreed a new long lease. Acting on behalf of the landlord, James Godfrey, Partner at Culverwell said “For a UK based, internationally celebrated brand such as Astrid & Miyu to choose to open their first Scottish store on George Street really cements it as Scotland’s premier shopping street.
