Mark Brennan

Mark joined Culverwell as an Associate Partner in November 2021, having previously worked for Colliers, JLL and Bruce Gillingham Pollard where he specialised in lease consultancy, leasing and strategic asset management advice relating to retail and leisure premises in Central London.

Having advised across a number of high-profile Central London estates, including Chinatown (Shaftesbury), More London / Hays Galleria (St Martins), St John´s Wood (Trophaeum), St Christopher´s Place (BMO) and Mount Street (Grosvenor), Mark has developed a robust understanding of both retail and F&B trends and how to curate and then optimise a tenant mix strategy with a view to driving footfall and maximising value.

Alongside this, Mark has also advised various occupiers, including Adidas, Barclays, JLL Estate Agents, Bleecker Burger, Muji, Headmasters, Carphone Warehouse and Costa Coffee with their lease events and wider portfolio strategy.

Throughout his career to date, Mark has earned a reputation for being detail-orientated while also creative and commercially minded – with a particular focus on unlocking value through actively exploring asset management opportunities which both add value and are aligned to his clients’ strategy for their asset / portfolio.

Back in Scotland after 6 years living in London, Mark is looking forward to spending more time with friends and family.
