He has dealt with the rent review, lease renewal and asset management of a wide variety of properties including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and banks. His experience in shopping centre asset management includes the The Cornmill Shopping Centre, Darlington; The Ridings Shopping Centre, Wakefield; The Galleries Shopping Centre, Wigan. David was solely responsible for Asset Management of these and a number of other Centres and on a property by property basis, David identified and implemented ways to protect as well as enhance income, reduce liabilities and increase overall investment performance.
