<p>Evans Cycles are the UK’s leading quality cycle retailer and stock the best range of bikes, cycle clothing and accessories from the world’s leading brands. This new acquisition represents only their second store in Scotland.</p>
<p>Exchange Place is located in the heart of Edinburgh’s Exchange District and comprises three flagship office buildings extending to 210,000 sq ft. <p>Buchanan Street continues to maintain its status as the most desirable retail location outside of London. Its character buildings, wide pedestrian thoroughfare and high footfall have helped to attract some of the strongest retail brands in the UK.</p>
<p>Culverwell are delighted to have played a part in attracting new retailers to the street who have enhanced the tenant mix. We have acquired stores for Jack Wills and Gio Goi in addition to letting 30,000 sq ft to Nike for a flagship store on behalf BAM.</p>
<p>Tenant demand has driven rents upwards with the tone on Buchanan Street now well established at £250 per sq ft Zone A. This trend is set to continue with several retailers still keen to obtain space.</p>
